They say you can only book an appointment at 8 am in the morning, then when you call, no one picks up the phone until 8:30. The person on the phone and then tells you to call back the next day at 8 am. Every time I have a problem, they either dont care or dont take me seriously. So I always have to wait until something gets significantly worse for them to actually do something about it. I clearly had an ear infection. The first doctor I spoke to told me to wait it out. Now I have had this issue for over a month, and I have developed ringing in my ears that doesnt ever go away. Do yourself a favour and sign up with a different doctors surgery.

Had major surgery on my nose week ago and the swelling has still not gone down, possibly due to an infection, need to get this sorted but when I rang up the receptionist on the 21.9.21 she fobbed me off and told me that the hospital should deal with it, when the doctor can see me and at least look at my nose to see whether it's infected and suggest whether to go back to the hospital or not so that I'm not wasting the hospital's time just for antibiotics. This care and service is disgusting and you'd think patients who have just had surgery would have some priority especially as all the info on Google says that I should consult my doctor. What's the point in being doubled jabbed for covid when the doctors cannot provide a proper service.

I've been told by the doctor "what do you want me to do about it" when telling him the symptoms of my connective tissue disease that I have just recently been diagnosed with because I had to do research and self diagnose and then tell them where to refer me. Save yourself the time and call 111 because these aren't doctors.
