Co-op Food - Mottingham

Awful its where fresh food goes to die : rotten food on shelves v v expensive but without merit. Its filthy too but its not staff or manager its HO who clearly dont have standards at all for this struggling area and treat shoppers so badly. We are getting Lidl soon and I hope see staff at that store where the is better but this dirty old store is the worst place I ever had to shop and we all been Ill off the rotting food at one time or another : they only stay in biz cos its a very poor area in the middle of a very rich village and if u go to co op in brockley or up at the village its an insult that older people and disabled are forced to go locally to this place

This place is really filthy. Behind the tills, the tills themselves and baskets are so dirty - hate shopping here. Feels like the worst co-op Ive shopped in - even in contrast to the one on Whitehorse Hill which is at least cleaner. This branch is in desperate need of a review and a look into its hygiene routine and practices. Glad the new Lidl has opened now as I'll only be using this when necessary.

Overpriced, basic stock, not much choice, fresh produce never stocked up

It's a very nice place to shop, nice workers as well.

It's good but the service is so slow they have all these tills but only 1 open, then they try sending you to self service, knowing they alone need attending too, there's no one to help on the tills, even when you need to use the pay point it's a nightmare, it's a good store but lacks customer service on the tills and the floor
