        Professional, friendly and knows his stuff: James was very helpful with figuring out what component was inhibiting my PC and suggested a couple places for me to purchase a replacement, even offering to help install it if needs be. Did a thorough job cleaning and pointed out potential issues that may arise in the CPU, went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
