        Great gym which caters for all abilities and disciplines. It has a lovely welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. You dont ever feel intimidated walking in and if you need help theres always someone on hand. James is fantastic, very supportive and understanding. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

        Great little gym! Me and my partner join late May and I was nervous and excited all at the same time. James welcomed us with open arms and was very professional made me feel comfortable while I was there. We had some programs made up for us and now it's like I. In competition with my self. Trying to beat my PB. Overall fantastic gym, good facilities, lockers included.
