        I have used the service for several of my animals and have always felt happy with my experience. The staff are lovely. The clinic is clean and airy and having a 24 hour vets nearby is reassuring .

        Really disappointed. My dog had a basic issue. I was made to feel bad by the vet and it was insisted on having various checks which turned out to be unnecessary and costly However I was unable to access these test results after calling many times every day. The customer service was diabolical. I was told I would be called numerous times but it never happened without me chasing it. Finally over a week later I got my test results then I was allowed the medicine I required initially. Very costly. Bad customer service. I felt they were chasing revenue rather than helping my dog. Disappointed.
