Attended one of Robs typography classes which was a gift from my Girlfriend. Can't speak highly enough of Rob, his enthusiasm and knowledge of his craft are second to none. I haven't done much Art work since my halcyon school days and was a bit concerned that the work would be a bit beyond me, there was no need to worry as Rob is a top class teacher and made me feel completely at ease with what I was doing. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and already looking forward to attending another class! Cheers Rob

YES!! Do it! If youre umming and Ahing about whether to get work done by Rob, Im here to tell you to just do it! We recently engaged him to create a hand painted and embossed sign and we could not be more pleased, the level of care, attention to detail and level of customer service were truly impeccable and we now have a breathtaking sign for our business that will outlive us. Rob quickly took ownership of the project and used his creativity and skills to create an amazing doorway of books, that will delight the school children every time they enter the library. Thank you!

If you are reading this you must have a project in mind which needs a bit of signage. You now have two choices: Go on the internet and buy something commercially produced and dare I say soul-less. Or you can work with Rob to create something closer to art than craft, with more soul than James Brown and a piece of Rob's and your own heart in it. Which is it to be? Don't be shy, just talk to Rob, his enthusiasm and talent are infectious, he does private stuff with the same care and originality as he applies to his bigger community art and commercial projects. Every detail will be hand painted, each line will be crisp and clear and he'll make you laugh too. I've shared some pictures of my private commission to mark the conversion of our boot room to a Tap Room when the COVID wars broke out and Boris shut the pubs. I guess the war will end one day but our pub sign will endure.
