Rang up to book my dog in, asked what breed, when I told the lady on the phone he was a Great Dane she responded with "were not taking any large dogs on, thank you" and instantly hung up. He was at this groomers a couple of months ago where he was 'good as gold'. The front page of your website states 'From their nose to their nails, we offer all aspects of dog grooming, welcoming pets of all breeds, shapes and sizes!'. Very rude and unprofessional.
