I am Not in the habit of doing a review like this but feel the need to do so sadly.. I was a Customer of Manchester Air guns for Decades when it was in Failsworth Manchester and it was a great place to go and enjoyed going there to buy guns or get them serviced So once you put in airgun repair Manchester gm guns is the first that comes up so I took my bsa airsporter there to get it back to full power as was only shooting at 7.5 pounds they had it 4 weeks? In that time Gave me so many excuses why they hadn't done it the repair was getting to be a joke the last one was they had got something jammed in it so I had Enough went to collect it today was Met with attitude and Patronising manner from the word go take you're gun and go he said the older guy who is there on a Saturday I asked if it was fixed? He said it's now shooting at 5 pounds of Pressure less then when I took it in?? He was Defensive and rude mannerism Straight away because I asked about MY gun ? Leave he said or I will call the police please do I told him after which he opened the front door and said leave now I could see I was getting Nowhere so went along with my gun I have had for 15 years or more very Surprised but also Very angry Horrible shop to deal with with no manners never going back wouldn't trust them with a Water pistol Total disgraceful customer service thanks for making my gun 10 times worse now cost me alot more to get it right at a real gun Smith your a joke that's coming from someone who has been shooting airguns for 40 years please note this is the first bad review I have ever done but it needed to be said

Had a good afternoon trying out new air gun . Spence was a great help. He zeroed the rifle for me as I was struggling. Cannot fault.

Orderd a custom rifle at the start of 2020 I was still waiting for the gun in August of 2022 .constantly given excuses on where the gun was . Still havent got all my money back 6 months on . Also purchased another gun during this time that was deemed unsafe.

Went to GM Guns for some pellets and a scope. Also saw the range and decided to have a go. Enjoyed my day there. I was made to feel welcome and was even given a cup of tea. Had a great chat with some of the lads there, all were very helpful. The regular guys offered some good advice and the staff were great too..thanks Graham and Spencer.
