Abrasive, rude customer service from the Renubath head office. Can't speak for Shaun's work as he didn't do any; advised problem was worse than we had believed and job would be far more expensive and complicated than we anticipated. We decided against pursuing the work; Renubath kept hold of the 150 we paid up front for a few weeks over Christmas, keeping 23 as a 'deposit'. I've no objection to a call-out fee for a professional, specialist service to quote. Shaun may be very good, but beware booking through Renubath; disorganised, confrontational and difficult to deal with.

Shaun was a little late arriving but he had kept in touch with some amusing texts. He worked steadfastly all morning breaking only while the first stage set. The final polish brought the bath up better than it had ever looked. Shaun gave us details on how to keep it looking that way. He was friendly and hard working, a pleasure to do business with. I was wary about ordering this type of work without seeing the end product but I have to say everything went well. The office staff were very helpful and the guy that did the work did an excellent job and was very polite to my mum who I had the work done for. I would recommend them to anyone who wants there bath re enamelling . Great job thanks.

The best 300 I think I have ever spent! Excellent job; my bath now look's new. I can now get on and decorating the bathroom. Delighted!...John Haslam.
