I do not recommend this clinic. I did not have luck and most of the time I had to speak with (I guess) a student not a doctor yet. She treated my anxiety by naproxen and thanks to her I end up at hospital with strong panic attack while driving a car! Moreover, my allergic reaction were caused by low level of iron but this woman asked me to keep a diary and throw away products to which I am allergic. I am not suffer from any allergy so it did not help. I had to change the clinic and I am really happy to not be with them any longer. Oh, I had from that lady a referral letter to a dermatologist but none of the number on the letter works nothing was in the system. Complete neglect, lack of knowledge, someone should review this clinic and educate them properly because they put their patients at risk. Ah, and if you want to book and appointment then you need to wait at least 3 weeks. I've never had a clinic worse than this one.

Too many mistakes being made, giving wrong times for appointments and reading out others patients records to me over the phone. Not professional at all

The staff are lovely and very helpful. Anytime I needed an urgent call back, the doctors always found time to call. They have done follow up calls with me when my child was sick and I really appreciated that. I have never had any issues with them and they have helped me with every matter I had whether it was small or big. Thank you keep up the great work

Aggressive gatekeeping. Doctors are fine - if you can ever see or even speak to one. The receptionist prefers to give me phone appointments with the pharmacist who is more than a little patronising. I just need my brown inhaler guys so I don't have an attack, check my asthma plan maybe?
