I recently placed an order for the company I work for and Benchmasters were incredibly efficient, delivering well before the estimated lead time, which was great as we needed the items urgently. Unfortunately, the items I ordered did arrive damaged due to courier handling, however benchmaster kindly reimbursed us for a chunk of the cost meaning we could then afford to fix the problem ourselves and enable us to use the items sooner, even though the damage was caused by the delivery service. Will definitely use again! Thank you for the impeccable level of customer service in these testing times!

Very happy with the service all the way through the process and the custom workbench that arrived today. Kate in customer service has been excellent and they were even able to shift the delivery date to accommodate my schedule. The deliveryman was lovely as well. Couldt ask for anything more and as a result, BenchMaster Limited has my highest recommendation
