After my last hair appointment with another salon which was so traumatic if I wrote the story you wouldn't believe, I had such BAD anxiety about having my hair done again and also with having hairloss really bad after having a baby I Judy avoided having it done after such a bad experience. I found Cosmopolitan because it is 2 doors down from the dress alteration shop that I went to for my wedding dress and the salon looked lovely. I had my appointment for colour and cut with Ashleigh and explained what had happened. Ashleigh took the time yo listen and had even took thought to what colour would look good on me whilst I was waiting to be seen (hadn't even sat in the chair at that point!) the colour was amazing and I now feel closer to the old me. the day Ashleigh messaged me out of hours to check up on how I felt about my hair appointment and if the experience had helped settle my anxiety for next time. such a lovely person.
