        Whilst the actual workmen were good and worked hard, the organisation is useless. Their leaflets told us they would only take 5 working days to complete the work in our apartment. It actually took 11. My partner waited in often, but nobody turned up. We were never kept informed of what was happening, and the customer care people never get back to you. They sent a boy to put on the plates above the doors. He was clearly not a carpenter.. My partner did the job again himself. Most people in our building had issues with them
