I turned up for my appointment. The whole inside of my tooth has come out. I was told that my appointment had been cancelled, not by me and i couldn't see anyone till 24th July, i am away this day. I explanied that i am moving to the USA end of July. I was told they have nothing else. I have been with the practise for years and if i had missed my appointment i woulf have been charged. Discussed that i have been treated in this way.

Went there for 20 years. It was a good practice. I didnt go for a year due to a bereavement and a close family member's cancer treatment. They took me off their books. So rude. We used to be valued patients. Now nhs is a major inconvenience. It is not patients' fault if treatment is under-funded. Dentists need to stand up for them. Customer loyalty does not seem to count in dentistry now, unless you can afford to go private of course. Not just this practice, I know. It is so insulting that I wouldn't return there if it changed.

Always a pleasure to visit Stephen Ward & Associates Dental Practice. Visited today and all staff are extremely friendly. Treatment carried out by Zain & Justine as normal. Both are always friendly and explain all aspects of treatment whether that be a check-up or something more. Had to go to two appointments during lockdown to fix a chipped tooth and felt completely safe due to their faultless Covid transmission prevention measures. Perfect communications from 1st phone call to departing the practice, Everyone involved in my treatment were polite and efficient. Every step was explained and options were discussed clearly. Highly recommended.
