Just back from another week at Iains Lifestyle Retreat near the Malvern Hills. What a fantastic week - fabulous group of people, brilliant training and tasty but healthy food. Iain is an inspiration who runs his retreats with huge positivity and enthusiasm, encouraging everyone to achieve their aims (whatever those are) and imparting his knowledge and experience to all. He has a knack of keeping everyone going every day, no matter how tired, due to his infectious enthusiasm for health, fitness and wellbeing. I would thoroughly recommend Iain and his retreats to anyone.

Just back from this bootcamp run by Iain where the vast majority had been several times before. This is a recommendation in itself. Personally, I have nothing but praise for Iain and his team, all the exercises are tailored to fit every level of fitness and age and are optional. However you arrive you leave fitter, healthier and full of enthusiasm and positivity. Thank you to all.

Iain Reitze Lifestyle camps are everything you could want from a fitness retreat and more! Iain and his team offer wonderful 5 accommodation to return to after a full day of fun work outs with informative friendly and encouraging trainers. Along with amazing food freshly prepared daily on site. As a larger lady I wasnt sure if I would be able to do some of the classes but I was encouraged in a caring not pushy way to do what I could. As the week progressed I started to see the benefits in my mind and body. I have lost 7lbs this week and 6 off my waist. I feel positive and I feel confident that I can keep my exercise going now that I am home and continue to work on my weight loss.
