        Toby Leek was absolutely incredible with helping me sell my house in Mortlake, London. I live abroad which made it more difficult, but Toby guided me all the way. He was always reachable ( even weekends ! ) and answered my messages immediately. His experience in pricing was spot on. This is the second time we have used him in our family my brother-in-law recommend him to me and I would highly recommend him to other sellers or buyers. 6 stars out of 5!

Even when we faced bumps along the way Toby was so calm, friendly and was brilliant at reassuring both parties involved. Hopefully we wont be looking to move or sell any time soon but if we do we wouldnt think twice before contacting Toby and Laurent Residential. Fantastic service!!
