        Recently attended Barnes Hearing Centre for wax removal, as I had been less than impressed with previous experiences at Specsavers! I was impressed with the treatment here, and the thoroughness of the advice I was given.

        Excellent wax removal service. Got an appointment quickly and Louise was fantastic - she explained both the causes and removal processes very clearly, in a friendly, honest and uncomplicated manner, and then sorted the issue out completely, without any fuss. Very competent practitioner = very satisfied customer!

        BHC was recommended to me for ear wax removal and what an excellent recommendation it was! Highly professional and very gentle, in stark contrast to my previous experience at the hands of my doctor's nurse!

        Louise took brilliant care of my ears and was extremely diligent in sharing all her expert advice on what had gone wrong, and how to maintain peak performance for the old lugs in the future. Reception couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in booking me in at such short notice, or entertaining my marauding toddler whilst I was seen to. Would highly recommend!
