I specifically asked for a shed (to replace the old one) that was 210x145cm, made to order, to fit on our concrete base. I was told this was possible. However I was delivered a 7'x4' standard shed and robbed of 27cm, but charged a grand amount of 930. I got a tiny base that is 123 x 213. I asked for the shed to be 2.5 tall. Instead it is 2m. Also, it didn't even include the window panel. I had to go and spend another 33 to buy an acrylic sheet as no one sold it to size. We seriously considered not putting it together and making a formal complaint, but had no choice as we had disposed of the previous shed the day before and had the contents on our lawn. Although the order was placed in October it was only ready on 15th December. Had I wanted a 7'x4' shed, which is a form of measurement extremely imprecise, I would have gone to Homebase. Far cheaper. The above, was combined with appallingly bare instructions and bits of wood sticking out, broken, from the door of the shed. And surplus wood that I have no idea what it is for. The door had to be sawed as it did not fit in the opening... Their customer service is appalling, and I feel extremely disappointed and exploited. All in all, total shambles. Never again.
