I still wonder why are they still in business.

Absolutely a disgrace. Just moved in the area and gave them 5 shirts only to press and I got them back with ridge patterns all over, due to high temperature of ironing. I gave them back to be ironed properly and the next day I got them back in the same condition. I washed them and the pattern is still there, they're probably burnt.. Useless....
