        Don't offer returns service they supposedly do. Excuses have been varied each time I've failed to use their service. Staff are very rude.

        This guy is so unhelpful and rude. Did not accept my parcel even was within the limits. Overpriced . Wilk nake an official complaint to Evri .

        For anyone using the parcel service it is NOT the same time as opening hours. Should be clearly stated on the website/somewhere but isnt. Very strict about it as well. A few minutes late and forget it.
