My bike broke near this shop. I walked here and the gent inside gave me the Allen key I needed to fix it for free. He genuinely cared. So nice to see.

One of the few bike shops where they won't make you feel that your bike needs total overhaul and gold service (like halfords, "it will be 200 pounds so you might as well buy one of (our) new bikes.") , but fix exactly what needs fixing (for very decent price). If you're looking for honest service this is the place! A*

No need to book a service! :) I just turned up with my bike and the owner (Brian) was very helpful, friendly and quick. He fixed my bike within 24 hours. The local alternatives (Halfords and Evans) asked for DOUBLE Brian's fee, and said that they would need my bike for 3-5 days. Brian has been servicing bikes for 35 years, he is truly a master!
