        Lot of building work going on to upgrade the park but we were not affected at all. Chalet we stayed in was perfect for us. 5 minute drive from Woolacombe beach.

        Another review suggested it was a half finished building project. Thst is pretty accurate. The front of the park looks like an exclusive gated community, the marketing suite looks plush. Further on you see homes with loose tiles, facia missing, piles of earth and concrete. Half built structures.. it could look good when finished. The chalet we stayed in was nice enough but felt tired. Car parking also could be tricky during peak times If you want to walk to Woolacombe from here you have to walk down the main road for about 400 metres then take a steep footpath off to the left.

        For some reason they have removed all the hedges. Now we see the main road buses and the noise is worse. Regret the investment here
