Capra Cottage

Capra Cottage is situated in beautiful Mortehoe, Devon. A beautiful 6 person, self catering cottage, decorated and renovated to the highest possible standard with WiFi and every facility that a holiday maker ( with dogs) could need. Super clean, complete with fresh bed linen, fluffy towels, hair dryer, a fully equipped modern kitchen and even dog bowls/ towels and a dog cleaning station out side. A definite 5* from us!

Weve had such a relaxing stay at Capra cottage. The total renovation made so thoughtfully, by the new owners gives you an effortless holiday stay. We love the decor, the space, the cleanliness and all the modern conveniences a family needs. The location is perfect. Less than a minutes walk from the local shop, tea room, pub and yet so calm and peaceful throughout the house. A wonderful location to walk the coastal path to Morte Point, Bull Point or a short walk to Barracane and Woolacombe. And you can even get a glimpse of the sea from the garden decking! And the Rock Inn at Georgeham was a wonderful traditional pub meal recommendation too. Loved it. A wonderful welcome at Capra with local craft food awaited us. Leaving was the hard part. For a packed full week of excursions to Ilfracombe, Croyde, Putsborough, Instow, Combe Martin and more. Or a reclusive stay to a cosy holiday home with all you need - you can get both here. Just had a lovely week away at the newly refurbished Capra Cottage. The property is spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless both inside and out. I stayed with my Husband, Two Teenage Children, My and Mum and our Dog and there was plenty of room for us all. There are two parking spaces available outside if you need two cars as we did. It's a 5 minute drive (at the most) down in Woolacombe where the beach is accessible for those not too steady on their feet. I'd highly recommend and will most definitely rebook.

Have just returned from a great week at this beautiful cottage. Capra cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard by it's present owners. Absolutely everything you could need plus extremely useful local information. The village is lovely, good pub food, tea room and an excellent bistro. We hope to return some day!!
