A great experience with Ptarmigan Seal Trips. We phoned early to book our trip as we wanted to go out on the first boat, they were extremely helpful with information on where to find them and a name of the person who would book us in and was greeted with a smile. We waited about 15mins, mainly on others to join the group who were running a little late but we still left earlier than the expected time. The crew were very helpful, explaining health & safety and offering a lot of information on the area and they answered all questions that were asked of them. They had great knowledge of the area and were quite passionate about the National Reserve, which was great. They allowed enough time by the sand bank to take photos of the seals and answer further questions. We did notice that boats leaving after our first boat where very full compared to this first boat.
