        The reception staff are so knowledgeable and clear about the dosage instructions. They also are genuinely interested in the pet. The times I have seen the vet they have always been really friendly and the two cats I've had were relaxed and calm in their presence.

        The whole team from receptionists to vets are all lovely & very helpful, they explain in detail what & how they will do things & if you have any problems they respond quickly, overall a very thoroughly trained team which I would highly recommend for all pets
