        Had a pair of much loved boots re-soled, job was done quickly and reasonably priced. They even gave the boots a nice clean up and shine. Very happy with the service.

        Walked in on a horrible weather day needing re-heels. The guy sat reading his paper and watching TV. Saw me walk in and remained seated. When he did come over, and asked when I wanted the boots back, I said no rush sometime this week is fine. Told no, I'm closing for the rest of the week - it's not worth it; I've been sat here 3 hours and you're the first customer. Ok, 4pm this afternoon then? Nope, closing at 2pm today. Ok thanks, I'm off elsewhere where there's an ounce of customer service.
