        Great service and really nice staff including office and technicians. Came quickly and investigated an acute and longstanding problem. Paul and Kallum were friendly and helpful, sorted the problem and gave very useful advice. Strongly recommend and would use again.

        My father in law has Alzheimer's and had blocked drains. Metro Rod came out and unblocked the drains and Neil was lovely to him and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use Metro Rod again.

        Running a scam with home rescue 24/7 rude. Engineer turned up with no phone call saying on there way, and was very rude to myself. Do not trust this company or request a different one through your insurance company
