I've just had my full kitchen taken out & replaced along with replacing all the radiators in the house, We purchased the materials for the jobs and paid the plumber Robbie for his time, work included installing the sink along with dishwasher and redirecting a lot of unsightly pipework, I cant praise the work done enough, I'm over the moon with the whole service from ringing up to speak about what i was wanting to the finished product. Next step is our bathroom and we 100% know who we want to do the job. Again thank you Metro Rod

The service I received from Metro Rod Sunderland & Durham was fantastic from start to finish. With a leaking bathroom water pipe, I needed a company who could reinstate my supply. Trisha was able to identify and help me arrange a visit to assess the fault. She spent time listening to the details, and provided reassurance throughout. Jon and Johnny arrived as promised, on time and quickly resolved the leak. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and exceptionally professional. I would definitely use this service again. I was staying at a friends house in Sunderland as they were away for the weekend when we had an issue of sewage overflowing from an outside drain. I called Metrorod on a friends recommendation and I couldnt have been happier. They were on site within an hour of my call and cleaned everything up after they unblocked the drain. They had told me what the charge would be and didnt charge a penny more. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know and wish I could always get such professional service.
