        Staff very pleasant and helpful. I was very surprised at the very poor hygiene and cleanliness of the actual building. Desperately in need of a thorough clean. Not what you would expect of a Boots chemist.

        Opening hours are not convenient and the pharmacist is not available 1.30 - 2.30 so unable to collect prescription. Some staff are lovely others not so friendly. It isnt stocked well so Overall not great. Boots on bridge street not that much better.

        Always slow and between 13.30 and 14.30 pharmacist has there lunch, no prescriptions given, don't know why their isn't any provision for someone else to dispense prescription between those times.

        Always slow, wait time for collection of perscription is longer than i have ever known. Not help of friendly. Now opening at 9am when you have a doctors appointment and 8.15am in the same building isn't very handy ay all.
