        Had my girls (both rescues) groomed last week. All the lasses were amazing with my babies as usual. It was also my youngest Rhea's first time there she was really nervous bless and they were so patient with her, did a really good job couldn't ask for anything more!

        Really friendly staff, my dog had a wash and blow dry, got a bit excited but staff not fazed at all.

        Was always impressed with the staff at The Groom Room in Morpeth. However, upon trying to rebook our Shi-Poo back in following the second lockdown, we were greeted with a very rude member of staff who claimed our dog was aggressive, which is very out of character for him. They wanted additional for an additional groomer because of this. Unsure if our dog was met with someone who was rough with him, upon the last visit. Very poor customer service.
