Phase Eight

Lovely store with warm and friendly staff. The store is clean and well presented and the staff couldnt be nicer. Angela is warm, friendly and amazing at her job. She was very knowledgeable in the fit and style of clothing I was after, looking for a dress for graduation. Angela couldnt have been any nicer or more professional, it was the best clothes experience I have had in a long time trying on dresses! Will definitely be back! Well done Angela!!

Returned some online purchases and the ladies informed me they have a styling service and with a little notice they could get items in store rather than me having to buy and return. I will be back!

Had a free styling appointment today with Angela. I'd bought a Phase Eight dress online for a wedding and was struggling to work out what shoes, bag, etc. To style with it. Angela was fantastic! She took the time to understand what I needed and showed me loads of different options. I was able to try the dress on with various other pieces so that I could see how things looked and be certain about my purchases. I was given as much time as I needed, also able to look online at items that could be ordered. I would 100% recommend the shop and the lovely Angela. They have a good range of stock, and the staff are friendly and super helpful. :-)

Had an appointment in Morpeth. Karen and Hannah were both so helpful. I was given honest opinions and so many choices to try on. I was not rushed into any decisions. It was a relaxed appointment and had total success!! Mother of the bride is good to go! Would go back time and again for the level of service. Fantastic.
