Had to replace a key fob that was bought from here only six months ago, this time however they not only replaced the key fob but decided to cut a new key, which wasn't required.
Charged me 50, get back to the car, and the key doesn't even work, the fob does of course.
On realising what he has done I go back, explain that I don't need a key, just the fob only to be told he wouldn't refund me for a key I don't need nor can I use.
Terrible behaviour and attitude from a grown man, not interested in customer service at all.
