Polly's attitude toward life is inspirational. Her moniker of "Adventurous Polly" is well deserved, as she leads by example -- squeezing every drop out of life through being curious, gregarious and seeking out new experiences. I recently had the opportunity to attend one of Polly's workshops on resilience. Polly's teaching is done in a fun, engaging way and I came away inspired and motivated. I get great value from Polly's weekly email newsletter, which is full of great tips, ideas and videos that leave you ready to take on the world! In short, Polly has become my "go-to" gal for mental health and resilience advice and guidance. I'd highly recommend her to any individuals or organisations looking to take things to the next level!

It is difficult to communicate in words the impact of Polly as a Coach on my family. She has a wonderful way of helping and gently coaxing to make changes using an array of approaches. I have recently enjoyed the professional support of Polly, both in an individual and group setting. I found the time spent in both situations invaluable in identifying and finding solutions to imposed (sometimes by self) barriers to fulfilment. The group settings were brilliantly and successfully structured for positive outcomes both from an individual and group perspective. We mostly arrived as strangers and, through Polly's expert guidance, became a cohesive and happy group. My one-to-one coaching session focused entirely on me and identifying my barriers to fulfilment. Through a relaxed discussion Polly successfully provided the tools and solutions to overcome them. All-in-all, a very rewarding experience.
