        WARNING DO NOT USE these solicitors. Do not respond to other peoples solicitors. House sale massive delayed due to these. Service is terrible staff dont know what they are talking about and respond with far too progressed they dont reply to their own paying sellers. If you want a slow house sale that wont go through and absolutely no communication from anyone throughout the whole process these are perfect for you!. Never answer the phone or any emails completly ignorant. Please do not waste your money with these. If I could rate them 0 stars I would ! AVOID
