Watson House Complementary Health Clinic

Very disappointed and upset at reception staff. I rang 3 times and spoke to 3 different people for help and clarification before and after my appointment to enable me to attend my appointment and explained my disability. Noone bothered to reply or apologise for not ringing me back. I then rang to ask after my appointment what had happened and was told they would get back to me but again noone bothered. Its upsetting when you are looking at treatments to help you with your disability and try to put measures in place to help you cope with such apointments. The unhelpfulness of the staff left me feeling more upset at being ignored in this way. So disappointed.

Robbie is fab, sorted my back out and shoulder in a few sessions... friendly and good chat. Already booked my husband in Don't hesitate to get all those aches and pains sorted for 2023!

Robbie has completely fixed my back pain which Ive suffered from for years. He took the time to identify what was causing the problem, make adjustments and also giving me aftercare stretches. Best level of service Ive ever got. If you want your back fixed, go see Robbie!
