Best shampoo head massage I've ever had, even offered a foot rest to enjoy the whole experience! Interesting conversation, attentive staff, and I was fully involved in my hair styling which I love. These guys make you feel special for the time you are with them. Heartily recommend.

Excellent experience! My daughter (11yrs) had Gina as her stylist, fabulously warm personality that instantly put my daughter at ease, she asked lots of questions and talked through the process, explaining her steps and how to maintain. I saw Barry, unbelievably thorough, competent and confident with it; absolutely thrilled with both experiences and outcomes.

Before I could even fully explain what I was looking for, I said Id had a strand test done elsewhere which went blonde, to be interrupted and told that that was impossible and that I wouldnt go blonde (I didnt even get the chance to explain I wasnt asking to go blonde). Andrea just kept arguing that I was making it up and I wouldnt go blonde (I didnt want to go blonde). Then she said that I hadnt had a patch test anyway (I had & signed forms in the salon on the Wednesday, but I wasnt being listened to). I was embarrassed in front of the entire salon & walked out in tears. If what I was asking for wasnt possible thats fine, but to be constantly interrupted & not listened to and made to feel so small was uncalled for.
