Fantastic service. Took a compromised desktop in at 9.15, and it was all sorted by lunchtime. Mark could not have been more understanding or helpful, and he put it all right at a remarkably reasonable price. Absolutely great.

Took my PC in for what I believed to be a simple solution to a simple problem. Between "trying" and failing a few different "solutions" he gave back what was a usable PC, in a worse state. All the drives had been wiped or "corrupted" with no communication on backing anything up before trying anything. Slated pretty much the entirety of the build of the PC, saying he doesn't touch ADM and how I should have different parts for one reason or another. Cooling fan, ADM, power supply were all apparently not to his liking. Gave it back to me saying it could be ram or motherboard issues. Neither of which were true after having someone else look at it. No apology for losing all my data, just a bad attitude when I questioned about it now being unusable after his "repair" Avoid.

Still never got back to me about him breaking the finger print sensor when he replaced the battery with one worse than the 4 year old one already in it
