        Absolutely the best medical practice around. Never had a problem getting an appointment when needed. Great staff. Just been in to see Laura Cave to give some blood and she was brilliant. Lovely smiley person. Thank you Greystoke & Laura.

        Doctors are fine but needed advice and help today and the receptionist was totally dismissive and unhelpful. All she said was contact prescription line. The prescription line didn't answer and I didn't get my call returned. The issue needed addressed I needed a prescription in my hand that day. ,refused to let me have a appointment didn't even get the option to talk to anyone. I explained daughter was hospitalized last night made no difference. Unacceptable no empathy understanding patience or help . Contacted the surgery and the manager avoided the issue of me being unhappy with the staff. I am deciding whether it's worth my time taking this further. I suggest anyone has a issue insist immediately on a copy of your call.

        Rated bad for the sheer fact they keep putting me off every time I called, I rang for a solid hour today and by the time they answered they were like "oh sorry, you have to ring for an appointment at 8 o'clock only". Duh, hun, what do you think I did? Then she told me to call again tomorrow, yet they are just gonna pull this again. Always do. I'm in agony at this point and yet I don't think it's classed as an emergency...SO DO SOMETHING! Shame on this system, I'm not the only one they let down this way. Shocking and disgusting behaviour
