        This is the third time in an many weeks that I have been disappointed with WH Smith. I was looking urgently for a printer cartridge. In the shelfs for the Type I needed was 6 cards. So I took two and went to collect and pay, only to be told "We are actually out of stock of this item sir". The staff have had months to do a stock check and yet even this they cannot get right. WHS is the only place in Morpeth who sell printer cartridges. In future I will only order online.

        Completely Outdated shop. Grumpy staff stare at you as if your planning to steal everything. Makes shopping here an uncomfortable and horrible experience. Home bargains sells similar stationary for a fraction of the price.

        Everything stationary you could possibly think of - great for last minute exam prep. Could be open later as I have found myself being stranded after it closes.
