        Tried to contact customer service about the quality of product but you are unable to contact anyone via email. The app doesn't even work goes straight to your basket without letting you update the form you are supposed to fill in. Bought puff pastry steak pie for 2 cost 5 pounds. Shocking all the pasty stuck to the tin due to the heat couldn't even share the pie. The quality of meat in pie shocking. Don't buy. I managed to ring customer service who said she would let the store know no offer for cash back shocking

        Very mixed experience. One incredibly helpful member of staff helped me find an item, for which I am incredibly grateful and another (one manning the tills) was incredibly rude to both myself and my grandmother. The quality of products is very good, its an M&S, thats to be expected but some members of staff are unnecessarily unfriendly and rude, not expecting jovility, just politeness.
