        serviced used to be good ,I owned a Tucson about 1 year ago and they were very good. Sold the Tucson and bought a Santa Fe about 6 months ago because better for towing my caravan. Phoned them on Friday to get a price for a gearbox service. I was told someone will call me back to confirm .It is now Tuesday and no contact from Bristol Street Motors Morpet. Called again today to check for a price and also asking about a part order .I was put on hold for about 10-15 minutes and then the call just ended .Very disappointed with this dealer and the service from them .Maybe they should stick to one brand instead of trying to service several brands if the service is this poor. Time to move to a independent garage as dealers don't seem to care.
