I had a worrying intermittent fault on my Suzuki Jimny making it unreliable. I rang Holly at Blackshaws and disappointingly she was fully booked for the next 7 days but an hour later she rang me back to say she had a cancellation and they could see me that day! The car went in and the fault was diagnosed immediately, parts ordered and the work completed the following morning. Absolutely first class efficient service all round I am delighted. Well done Holly and special thanks to Steven the technician for such a great job.

Friendly, helpful service. Despite not having bought my vehicle from them, they were quite happy to help with a warranty issue that my supplying dealer wanted nothing to do with and dismissed out of hand. I will definitely use again.
