We came upon this cafe by chance on our trip to morpeth, the main man serving is a bit loud and in your face, he encourages you in , then tells you where you can sit (I appreciate we're in difficult times re Covid, but it's a bit offputting) He took our drinks order and order for two full English breakfasts at 5 each, they duly arrived but were lacking tomatoes and mushrooms, the sausages although tasty had obviously been cooked in advance and weren't heated up enough. Whilst we ate our breakfasts we heard other people being charged only 2 for a bacon or sausage bun (which looked delicious) and a hot drink.Bargain!!- this would have done for us, but we were never offered it, and there was no sign of the offer on the menu - maybe you need to be a local?
