Delivering Differently

I approached Karen for consultancy advice as I had reached a point in my business where there was an opportunity to scale and I needed an objective view on how best to move forward. During our discussions Karen allowed me to reflect on my strengths, review my business journey to date, and to identify the direction I wanted to take the business moving forward. After listening to my answers she just got it. Karen has a way of posing the perfect questions to help you to gain your own clarity and come to your own conclusions, without imposing her opinion or telling you what to do. Where I came to the initial meeting thinking that I needed a business advisor, I actually left with a business coach. Karens breadth and depth of knowledge meant we covered topics that I hadnt previously considered, and where we identified areas that required further specialist involvement Karens network of contacts means I am now in touch with the right people who can offer that support. The time I have spent with Karen has been invaluable and I could not recommend her enough.
