Brit Rem came to carry out wall tie repairs on my property so we can buy it. They booked in at the first available date as it was around Christmas so there was a little bit of a wait. The 2 men that attended were lovely and polite, they carried out the work within 2 days as advised. They just carried on and got the job finished without any issues. Sharon, the director, is absolutely brilliant also. Nothing is ever too much of an issue and is extremely accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend Brit Rem for any works needed.

Second time we've had Brit Rem in to do various part of our house that has various damp issues. Every time they are very professional, clean and efficient when completing the work. Still have more parts of the house to do and will definitely be choosing Brit Rem again. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately for me I ended up buying a flat with a lot of problems. Some of which couldn't be picked up until the floor was lifted. I have to say although it's cost me a lot of mine britrem have been great throughout. They even asked me to go and see for myself now bad the floors were (very very bad) two lovely ladies on the phones try to help as much as they possibly can. The lads that did the job Peter and Tom great lads did a great job no problems at all with the firm.

I arranged for the job to be done when I was on holiday. On return to my home after a 22 hour return journey I was horrified to find not all plastering done, net curtain rail broken, no electric sockets for my TV Video Hi Fi and my home in a mess. Trading standards informed. Discount accepted, and my own people arranged to complete the job soon.
