        Visited Vanessa yesterday for a consultation & treatment. Vanessa was so professional, she gave me exceptional advice on what treatment would get the best result for me, explaining the reasoning with her exceptional knowledge. I felt comfortable with Vanessa straight away, she explained what she was doing throughout, making me feel totally at ease. Strict PPE guidelines were adhered to at all times. I cannot fault my visit to her and I am so happy with the treatment I received, I would go no where else now and will be highly recommending her.Thank you Vanessa x

        First time having treatment, and I was a bit nervous, but I couldn't have been in better hands. Vanessa was so professional, talked me through everything as we were going, the place was immaculate, very clean and great value. She showed me that the treatment I thought I needed wasn't necessary (saving me a fortune) and recommended alternatives. Left with full aftercare instructions and treatment looked great. Couldn't recommend her enough.

        Booking an appointment for a consultation took weeks of cancelations change of dates etc. Finally get there 1.30 appointment no practitioner, eventually at 1.50 a car pulls up starts to unpack procedure cases. I couldn't wait any longer due to an appointment elsewhere. I message for new appointment only to be ignored.
