        Sad to say we thought we found a reasonable service that then said they would no longer come out to us. Just saying there were other rayburn specialists nearby( one they recommended are hopeless, so hoping the other are ok) What a disappointment. Not very happy with this as there was no reason for itWe were good customers using the services every year. We were polite and cant understand why they are no longer wanting our custom? Perhaps someone could explain?

        Everyone I have encountered from this company has been excellent. They were the only ones to call me back and help over the phone when I had a problem with my AGA after just moving in a year ago now. They managed to get everything up and running for me after that and have serviced it ever since. The engineers are thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Its great to find such a reliable and professional company.
