Barmaster Beer Wholesalers

We have been using Bar Master for about a year now after leaving another local company who we were with for 17 years. It is the best thing our club ever did. The service we have received from Bar Master has been first class. Every member of staff who we deal with, the rep, sales staff and drivers are all so hrlpful, knowledgeable and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. We'll done every one of the staff and thank you.

I recently dealt with Oliver during the course of the Easter Bank Holiday for our Beer Festival. Due to the good weather we required more stock and Oliver went above and beyond with his willingness to help at our time of need. Definitely recommend these guys as their commitment to do a great job is there and they can't do enough for you. Thanks David

Having contacted bar master on a Saturday in need of some co2, the receptionist I spoke to following my request was not helpful and I am surprised they allow him to answer the phones with the abrupt and non polite manner that he is gifted with I was told that I would need to pay a returnable deposit on my credit card which was not an issue, but then I was advised that my deposit would be refunded as a credit note and not refunded to my credit card on return of the co2 bottle When I questioned this and said that a returnable deposit was generally returned the same way that it was paid, I was then told that they did not want to do business with me I am disapionted with this desion as I was considering doing more business with bar master as they are local to mei.e yards from my pub, this was a bad decision by the company and I will probably not do business with themand not recommend them. I thought this was a company that I would have being able to work with but they will need to up there game on there public relations.
