As the general manager of this store I feel perplexed that people question & complain that they have to work once in my building. I provide a high rate of pay, & expect a high standard of work. Thanks Granville GSM

To be honest, this place treats it's picking staff like utter trash. You're expected pick rates of 250+ per hour are monitored by computer in the most dehumanising way in the face of a cluttered work space and half stocked shelves. The management are constantly on your back if the computer says you aren't literally working yourself to death. I work fast, in fact I prefer it, but it's never enough in this place. They always want more. Talk about Orwellian, being monitored minute by minute by computer is straight out of the film 1984. The management openly talk about other staff in the most unprofessional manner. Be warned, if you join to do picking you'll hate it. It's no wonder they are constantly advertising for staff, nobody stays for good reason.
