        The recovery vehicle took a while to arrive to collect my vehicle, but that could be down to going through insurance as opposed to directly contacting this service. Also came to the location to collect personal belongings from my vehicle, and staff were very helpful.

        Unprofessional service. Not helpful at all left me stranded on the motorway with a broken truck and refused to take the vehicle. The male who came to rescue had a friendly conversation and went back to the office and lied about me being aggressive also when i called the reception they didn't listen to what i had to say but instead refused to take further action. Which clearly shows that the company is biased. It happens 19 April around 11:30 driver came after 3 and half hour after reporting driver number 07*58026696
